    Yes it’s a gatee eon gearbox, I’m not 100% but I think it has a “ quick change “ does that mean where the screw from the buffer tube or stock meets the gear box is replaceable?

    If I was to saw the screw to remove the stock / buffer tube from the lower receiver. Do you think that the opening of the gear box would permit a way to get the screw out of the back of spring guide? Can that bit be replaced. The small circle part where the screw meets the gearbox

    Could have potentially stripped the thread in the process but I am originally referring to the screw head. In the post. The amount of force I can get on it before it starts turning and messing it up more, would surely be more force than needed to break the seal on the glue I’m not sure it would...

    Thanks, Yhh the only 2 drivers I have that are long enough to get in there both spin tried to use flats for a bit more grip and both broke. The ones that are Philips make it worse by gnawing up the metal more. Heard a lot about the band trick haven’t got one on hand atm. Doesn't have a castle...

    Silly Me has messed up a screw and ended up stripping it while it’s inside a stock tube, it’s connected to the lower receiver and the gear box. Worse case scenario I can live without most parts of the rif which may get damaged but I need to save this gearbox. It’s the single most expensive...
