    I personally use Star ( quick change spring )and now G&G all of which i brought secondhand all are good quality AEG's. My team mate swears by ICS and loves the split gearbox design.

    That depends on how long you've waited. Does the person your've brought from have any history ,number of posts ,feedback etc. Paypal has a 45 day limit for disputes . Do you feel your being Mugged.

    goggles

    i use jt specta goggles with a vortex fan works fantastic if i get to hot i put the fan on and it clears the lens. i've tried mesh goggles and i can't quite get used to the reduction in vision over a lensed goggle . maybe worth looking at the ESS google with built in fan
