Surprised these guys don't have a thread, so I thought I'd throw one up for them.

Had two separate dealings with them and both were great. Bit of a delay in replying to my e-mails, but they were apologetic and sorted out an item exchange very quickly (had to switch one fill station for another).

All in all, very impressed. They seem to stock a lot of things that are hard to get in the UK too.

Had an issue with my first order from Beesting and with some miscommunication via email I wasn't impressed at all but we managed to get it all resolved and he gave me a decent service.

Facebook is the best way to contact them.

Yeh, I saw that Danny chap on the HPA owners group and he seemed quite active. I much prefer e-mail though - my FB account literally only exists for access to a couple of airsoft groups and nothing more.

Yeah Danny always says contact him on Facebook as it's quicker. He told me he'd received none of the email i'd sent. He must have gotten that issue fixed.

I had someone called James reply to all of mine, so maybe it's a different inbox?

Good to hear that they are a good company, i am still in the saving up process for my HPA DMR, saving up should be completed just after Xmas this year so hopefully he keeps stuff in stock till then :P

just ordered a jack setup (and a small tank), will post more when it arrives etc B)

i will give them this, this evening when i went to place the order there website was down, i face book messaged them, i got a response within 30mins, and there webby was back up 10min later B)

i received the jack and the rest of the stuff a day or 2 later B)

placed another order yesterday for a line fitting, paid for next day delivery, got it this morning B)

well recommended B)

I also spoke to Danny and got a good deal on the Polarstar Jack and Ninja LPR and line :) Arrived in a few days, all well packed.

Might even pick another one up I was so impressed.

Glad to be hearing that this is a great store, i am looking to spend some serious moolah on P* stuff in the coming months (gotta save up) so hopefully they keep up the good customer service and stock levels.

Bought another P* setup from Danny, top bloke and will continue to use him/them.

I am thinking of using Beesting to P* my gun (parts and fitting service). From reading the above the service looks at least reasonable.

Anyone recently ordered from Beesting?

They are not responding to any emails, sending emails out, order confirmations or facebook messenger.

TL:DR

So having saved up enough money for my Polarstar setup I initially emailed them some questions on the 25-07-16 but heard nothing back from them.

Getting a bit over hyped I decided to make the splash and ordered on the 28-07-16 late in the evening, giving it a while I waited for the order confirmation email but got absolutely NOTHING as of post.

Worried that my order might be missed I Facebook messaged them on Friday 29-07-16 at about 1530Hrs, I got NO reply back and the message hasn’t even been read.

Money has been deducted from my bank account so something is going on?

Order still shows as “Processing” where it hasn’t moved from.

So to summarize:

Made order, no order confirmation email, no reply to any emails, no reply to any Facebook messages and money has been deducted.

Is this what to expect from possibly the only Airsoft HPA specialist?

Starting to worry here

In similar situation, emailed them to say what I wanted to buy, heard nothing. They respond within about 20 minutes during working hours via facebook, but I don't shop via facebook. Their facebook replies are very thorough.

As flashy as it is, their website is really bad. I've contacted them on three occasions to ask if they sell something not listed on their site - and lol, they do, and they say in answer each time I asked "look on the website". I think their site is run by an independent organisation.

Theres a good chance they've been away at events.

I'd vouch for these guys, I've used them a load of times and had nothing but awesome service.

Same here, but I will attest to them not being good at communicating. Being away for events is also no excuse if it's not properly advertised on their site.
