Got this second hand around 6 months ago and haven't used it in a skirmish yet so it's still in good condition.
Comes with 4 magazine pouches, the buttpad and a canteen pouch. Also has a little map/medic pouch on one of the suspenders which you could put skittles in or something cool like that.
One of the four magazine pouches is from an M56 webbing kit I had many years ago so is far more worn in, might even be genuine but I have no way of knowing.
