You're reading a little too deep into it. Some people just like the paint scheme, that's it, nothing more.

Tbf if there's any colour scheme it should be okay to call awful and ugly, it's Baby Poop Camo.

 

Like, Rhodesians hated it. It didn't really work. They just had no access to other paint because of the universal sanctions on them.

 

It's hard to claim it has taste or artistic merit like.
