edmund
Not a fan of the dark earth shade on the rail and looking to swap it out to something that will match the black with the rest of the gun. Currently looking at these: https://www.powair6.com/en/ris/2007-madbull-daniel-defense-12inch-lite-rail.html https://www.fire-support.co.uk/product/angry-gun-bc-mcmr-10-m-lok-rail Are any of those rail compatible with my guns? If not, happy to hear your recommendations! This is my first GBBR and I'm new to airsoft altogether so thanks in advance for your help! Nick G Posted Saturday at 17:42 Share Posted Saturday at 17:42 The one from Fire support states it needs a barrel set or spacer to fit a TM MWS which I assume your MK18 is. Why not just paint the existing rail ?

The Waco Kid Posted Sunday at 15:01 Share Posted Sunday at 15:01 Depends how fussy your idea of a good paint job is. 😁 Personally I think most camo paint work looks better with some wear and tear. At minimum somewhere ventilated; whatever you decide to prepare RIF surfaces with (not essential); tape and paper or rags for masking and quickly wiping off over spray. Additionally stencils but good camo can be done free hand. A practice run on something to work out how long to leave coats to dry between applications and get the effect you want. Worth asking on the MWS thread maybe. If you just want the rail black, then Halfords camo sprays are very good. Remove the rail from the gun for easier painting. Use a decent primer first. There are several good videos on youtube about spraying a rif (or anything else tbf) the process is the same.
