Can I keep my airsoft guns in a self storage locker?

From the Access Self Storage Ts&Cs:

Restrictions on the type of Property which can be stored in the Unit 8.

8.1 You must not store (and You must not allow any other person to store) any of the following in the Unit:- Food or perishable items of any kind whatsoever;

8.2 plants, birds, fish, animals or any other living creatures;

8.3 combustible or flammable materials, gasses or liquids such as paint, petrol, oil or cleaning solvents;

8.4 firearms, explosives, weapons or ammunition;

8.5 chemicals, radioactive materials, biological agents;

8.6 toxic waste, asbestos or other materials of a potentially dangerous nature;

8.7 any item which does or could emit any fumes, smell or odour;

8.8 any illegal substances, illegal items or Property illegally obtained;

8.9 compressed gases;

8.10 any bullion, coins, money and securities;

8.11 antiques and fine art, jewellery and precious stones, unless specifically agreed with Us in writing, in advance of storing such Property in the Unit.

 

I reckon those in bold would give them just cause to say no to RIFs, HPA kit (if pressurised) and gas guns.

Agreed.
 

By legal definition, RIF’s aren’t firearms nor even weapons  (unless, like anything, you use it as an offensive weapon), but bb’s are definitely legally defined as ammunition, same as airgun pellets.

It would also help if we knew which storage company is going to be used as different companies will have different T&Cs
