So let me start of with the fact that I love my warrior dcs but I also have an issue. So I typically have my dcs little bit tight but not too tight around my body so it doesn't wiggle but the issue stems from the fact that most of the time sides of my dcs always dig into my waist when i lean to the left or right even when standing up or crouched and after a while it starts to become uncomfortable. Anyone else has ran into this sort of an issue and what were your solutions to solve it?

A picture of how you wear it would be nice to have, maybe you're wearing it a bit low, or it's too tall for your body.

Pictures will help a lot, but it sounds like it's sitting a touch low or a bit long.

Make sure the plates are just below the point your collar bones meet the centre of your chest and lift the cummerbund to bring it up so the bottom edge doesn't drop too far below the bottom rib on your side (lowest curve of the rib)

I really rate replacing the solid cummerbund with an elastic one. I have done this on both of my warrior plate carriers. The integrated pouches are pretty useful for magazines, cleaning kit, radios, mars bars or anything not too bulky, IMHO they improve the comfort hugely, and you get a quick release 'tubes' to boot.

They are also pretty cheep.

I managed to get an RG set and Multicam set for my two carriers, but can't find a link to multicam. If I get a second later I'll dig out a picture of mine.

Will only be a problem if you like to put large pouches round the side of you PC, but I prefer slick sides so I can get to stuff on my belt easily.

Update: Just found a link to the MC ones if that is your preference:
