Hi all,

I bought my first house a couple of years ago and all of my free/weekend time has been spent on that ever since.

I finally have a lovely man-shed complete with work bench which gives me an area to put all my RIFs back together as most are in pieces.

As with anything these days though, I'm presuming 2 years out has put me behind the curve.

Prior to this I was running a KC-02 with HPA adapter, "upgraded" inner barrel, rogueworx bolt and so on, absolute beauty but I'm sure it'll need some TLC to get back to it's former glory.... And when I'm feeling fruity I fall back on a V2 Krytac CQB m4 which will also need a good seeing to.

As I was winding down from airsoft the ASG Evo was gaining popularity, I presume that's still a staple but what else has happened in the last 2 years which is worth looking into?

TIA!

Not a lot would be my conclusion.  There have been no real innovations in Airsoft beyond the hugely expensive GBLS system. Then COVID hit and stymied any new releases.

Not been a lot in the last 2 years tbh, interesting or notable things that come to mind;

Evo had about 2 versions since 2018.

MWS mag shortage has continued.

G&G BAMF.

MAS-G still not released.

Polarstar kythera engine.

TM showed off a GBBR AKM and then fucking dipped and haven't released it.

GHK released a GBBR Sig553 and about 2 people bought them, both of them hate it.

Something new.

For some unknown reason, lots of sites like to have single fire only rules.

but his great great great granddaughter won't be.

I still have a problem with that lyric

Song was released 2002 - so 998 years apart from the year 3000.

Great, great, great grand daughter = 6 generations. Say they all had babies relatively late at 40. 40 x 6 = 240

998 - 240 = 758 year old woman.

Haha, although you could get that age down if you follow the paternal line.

For example John Tyler born 1790 (who was the 10th President of The United States) has a Grandson who is still alive.

This is because:

- Age 63 he had a son with a woman thirty years his junior.

- That son fathered him when he was 72 with a woman who was 36 years younger.

Your point still stands, just thought that was interesting pub ammo!
