Beginner Sniper Rifle

Hey! So i've been playing airsoft for nearly 6 years now and ive transitioned into a DMR/Automatic rifleman role using an AR15 in the same role as the M27 IAR irl. Recently though ive been wanting to get into a sniping role because running about with loads of magazines and kit is getting boring now.

 

Are there any recognised good entry level sniper rifles that dont require much work? Im not so bothered about the budget, around 300 quid is my top end. Somehting that works good out of the box but still has scope for improvement would be excellent. If theres any recomendations then please share.
