@rocketdogbert hi mate I have been pointed in your direction with regards to a custom built box mag with extension feed tube to run in a battle belt up to my vector. 
is this something you could help with

I have a sneaking suspicion (especially as i bought that setup off rdb) that the primary problem is getting it to feed down such a long tube.

 

Certainly any of my experiments trying to make a remote mag for the 42, including a v2 box driven monstrousity, that was the issue.

Morning. @Adolf Hamster is correct, primary problem is the feed tube (the length you see works perfectly on 0.25’s). The remote mag has to sit on your hip, or higher.

 

Secondary to that is making the whole thing robust enough to skirmish.

Just had a thought. Would it work better mounting it higher up on your back so that you have a gravity assisted feed?

it might if you wanted to use heavier bb’s, but you need to keep the feed tube routing the same as the HPA line or it becomes unworkable
