First off, i do not have the ability to fit on myself, so any vendor suggestions needs to be UK based and can do the work but...

After a couple of outings with this gun it feels like i frequently manage to get it to stop firing mid cycle, resulting the first and crucial first shot to be massively underpowered, plus sounding...odd.   therefore, any one with expericene able to recommend a mosfet that can basically just make sure the gearbox stops complete cycle?

Only other concern is none of my other AEG's  have any mosfets and yet this one seems particulary liable for this oddity.  but i guess this serise of AEG's is fairly elderly by now?

this seems a fairly ok price mark, as im not planning on bells and whistles here, anyone know if these would work?

though i guess active breaking is what i am wanting?

I would steer clear of the ETU if I were you... I've had two bought from Z1 first was DOA, second worked nicely in my M16A2 for a realistic semi/three round burst - that lasted one match; second time I fired it up the auto/burst had malfunctioned to a semi/2rd burst alternating situation, and I'm now unable to switch between auto and what once was three round burst. May end up putting it in my Mk12 for a DMR rebuild as semi still works fine. They also don't seem to work correctly with anything under 9.6v (so 8.4v and 7.4v are a no go).

Jefftron Mosfets are pretty good, and very reasonably priced. This in an AB drop in unit they do:

Not used any of their switch assembly models however their bare units that require you to setup the wires and soldering have been great, i have them in two M4s.
