Got in touch with Krytac's UK distributer, Shield Sights, through their contact page on their website, www.shieldpsd.com, and they are ordering in replacement parts from the factory for me. Will take a couple of weeks for shipping but hopefully the LMG will be whole again soon. Posting for any other Krytac users out there that may need parts for their gear.
