Hi, I have lived in Cardiff during the last two years, and this September I will move to London. I hold a valid UKARA. I want to know if it would break the law or cause me trouble if I took my RIF with me on National Express (of course, putting it in a gun bag all the time)?

Depends on whether transporting it is a "reasonable excuse" for purposes of https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/1968/27/section/19

I'd hope so, or how else could you move them around?

I wouldn't have it in a "gun bag" though.  Why attract attention?

Change who your travelling with!

If you or your luggage want to make it in 1 piece avoid them like the plague.

Relative worked with them for 2 years, they make the government look like Mensa members.
