Your FAQ page doesnt work.

Do you have a physical shop or online only? The only way I could find a physical address was through smallprint in your returns section.  Who are Twenty-8 and what do they do?  (apart from a "stipple job" tee-hee-hee) Googling for them all I find is essential oils and natural juices. What services do you offer? Do you do repair/upgrade work?

It also seems you dont actually have much for sale, a random selection of magpul and M4 parts and thats just about it.  Maybe Im being pessimistic and I wish you all the best but I cant see that as being enough sales to keep afloat. Wheres the guns? The variety of magazines? The upgrade parts?  It says you have "more coming constantly", perhaps waiting to launch til you actually have something to sell would have been more prudent? How do you plan to compete with the likes of Gunfire/Taiwangun who can get me the same kit at a fraction of the price?

Thanks for your feedback. For now, we only have an online store. We have only been open almost a week and we will have more kit coming in good time. We do have guns coming to our site soon.

Thanks again for your feedback.

Hello, we tried to answer the question in the best way possible. In terms of competing with other competitors we have nothing to say.

Thanks

£150 to stipple a pistol grip?? :o

I am happy to do it for the special price for any forum member of £149.99 with free postage

Seriously though, the website is sparse (yes you have covered that) but what you do have seems to be over priced or nuprol which is available EVERYWHERE.... Your TM Mags for £30 I would expect to pay 20-25 from other stores, the molle battle belt at £150 I can get a FRV one for half the price and from what I have seen is the same quality!

Also the name doesnt seem right to me either, but that might just be me!

No disrespect, I wish you luck with the store but unless you come in more reasonable with your newer products I will likely shop elsewhere!

I'm guessing that you're running this as a hobby gig: you're certainly not short of a bob or two given how nice your house is.

Oh, it took me about 2 minutes to find that on Streetview via publicly available information on Companies House, so I would advise you to put your company and VAT numbers on your site, and some more details about the proprietors.  There's no point in trying to be coy, it just comes across as evasive.

If you want customers who are willing to pay a premium, you have to offer a premium service.

Milwaukee Custom Kydex (MC Kydex) make quality products for airsoft:

I beg you - put more effort into your posts/websites. Everything's coming across as seriously unprofessional currently.

I had to google what MC Kydex is (Milwaukee Custom, for anyone else wondering)

There's no mention of the branding on your site, just that it's a Kydex product - You will lose business as people won't understand the inherent quality associated with branding - what's for me to assume it's not just a shitty chinese holster you're dropshipping to me?

"Kydex is more superior compared to fabric pouches in some cases because they dont retain moisture which in poor conditions will drag you down because of how heavy you kit will become. "

This copy is true, probably, but your grammar is shite and means I'm not too trusting of the claims made.

Thanks for your comment. We have spent a lot of time researching who we want to partner up with and i can assure you that 100% nothing is drop shipped. Companies that we partner with are 100% legit and they offer top quality products.

Sorry don’t trust either this post OR the web site , both come across as a shonky Far Eastern ‘here today gone tomorrow’ seller .

I see a new company/website with this information missing and it starts alarm bells ringing and I immediately suspect a scam (or a Chinese company pretending they have a UK presence) - definitely change this and include full contact details.  A lot of people are wary of sites that you cannot contact by phone, massive black mark right there.

So, realistic prices, more stock (okay, increase over time) and more open with information and everything will look a lot more hopeful.  There have been plenty of retailers come and go over the years but very few have proper staying power, look at what they do and copy it and you might end up with a bit of success, we could certainly do with more reliable retailers.

@RINGPULL AIRSOFT I have merged your Kydex topic into this one because we like to keep all retailer/store posts in the same place, and not spread all over the forum.

Wish you all the best with it if it is legit but this has all the hallmarks of a dodgy drop shipping supplier, the markup on some of these prices is so extreme that it's either pure greed or drop shipping.

Either, best of luck.

Probably legit, but you have to do some digging to find that out.  It certainly gives the impression of being a drop shipping fly-by-night outfit.  I hope the OP understands that this is constructive criticism about what it looks like, not an accusation.
