Hi guys, need some help/ advice on sourcing some G36/ V3 gearbox parts;

- Safety lever & spring (the bit that blocks the trigger from firing)

- Sector gear plastic cover (clips around the gearbox shell)

- Bolt hold open button spring (it's narrow one endof the coils and wide the other)

- Motor height screw disc (about 9.5mm dia. goes in between the grub/ flat head height adjustment screw and bottom of the motor)

- Plastic cable grip (clips through the gearbox)

Thanks in advance,

Chris

by the time you are done messing about buying all that from all those store you may as well have just picked up a cyma complete g36 gearbox including motor from amazon for £50.  It might be cheaper doing it the other way. But you are going to be dealing with little orders been shipped from all over the place. I know of no UK retailer that stocks a full range of G36 gearbox plastics.  The other advantage in doing this is it will just drop in with no messing about.

Thanks Iceni,

Thing is, I have two G36 gearboxes that I've assembled out of spares, and these are the missing items to make them complete...

It would make sense to buy a complete gearbox, but that would leave me with unwanted spares...

Was kinda hoping that any G36 fan boys on here would reach out to me and they'd have these spares.

Thanks for taking the time to research these items @Iceni 😁

No problem bud, some of the add on parts for V3 gearboxes are a real pain. It's not just the G36 that suffers, anything that is not on a standard AK gearbox tends to be harder to find.

It might be worth putting a wanted up, Or looking for a site that use g36's for hire guns. As they might have a stock of old gearboxes and parts.
