Try the search tool, it has a 3 character minimum, and read through any results. You may need to try lots of terms, this is a very specialist field and not that much information here.

For example "CTSFO"

Thanks. I've looked at a few of these but they don't really say what they wear, just where do I get boots, where do I get helmets etc. But thanks I'll have a look through some more

I’m fairly sure they’ll be standard stuff underneath, not super expensive - helikon or pentagon perhaps. Military1st has stuff you need.

fairly certain I see warrior DCS on CTSFO photos

Just bear in mind they’re limited on budget and they’re not kitting out for rough terrain, they’ve designed their load outs with scenarios like Paris gun attacks in mind - our cheapo viper airsoft clothes probably get more working out on a Sunday game day. They’ll have saved the big bits of their equipment budget for things like weapon optics, FLIR drones etc. I very much doubt they’d want spend £250 on a pair of trousers lol

CTSFO:

Grey C2R Fast vest and pouches.

Grey Arc'teryx shirt and pants.

Grey snood.

Sig MCX carbine

Glock 19?

For 'regular' armed police, I have seen in Sussex that they usually wear Police badged black kit with G36s, MP7s, 417s or GLs. Assuming Glock 19s or 17s.

Does anyone know what the SCO19/SO19/AFO (that kinda thing) wear. I'm trying to recreate a realistic uniform of the stuff they use.

If anyone knows anything please tell me. Links would be helpful. Thanks

It really depends on which force you are trying to emulate, since each force area apart from the Met buy their uniform from a national account, they all look similar apart from the met ofcourse.

All Glock 17s or Sig 226 in some forces, save Glock 26 for plain clothed AFOs.

Nice.

All of the basics easy enough to source.

Not cheap though.

Normal ATO wear the same trousers issued to response bobbies, some wear or are issued the bloused dog handler trousers.

Yeah, that is C2R and Arc'teryx in Wolf Grey.

Pricey.

Edgar Brothers and eBay the best places to look.

Patches and badges readily available online.

Emerson Fast helmets and Z-Tac headsets can be bought cheaply too.

Why the hell are they wasting their money on a £500 set of tactical kit?! I bet if people knew about this they'd be livid. That's disgraceful, I never expected that. Spending money on good quality is one thing, but that is ridiculous. I notice they were keen to omit THIS from their pretty little "how much we spent on equipment" document.

Meanwhile police response times in some places are >20 minutes on priority, a big chunk of police officers are now unpaid and not allowed even to claim expenses to travel into base for shifts, the terror threat is at an all time high and officers in cities aren't even issued with the most basic bullet resistant safety gear.

Boils my piss.

Have to say though is there really any point to spending a hideous amount on getting Arc’teryx kit though mate ?

90% of players wouldn’t know it from TMC or viper ! Just get your self some wolf grey (or just grey) kit .

and crack on .👍

Yes, because you then have quality kit that which can also be used in real life. And you know what you are wearing (and that is not Viper ;) ).

Edgarbrothers do have some Arc'teryx LEAF kit at reduced prices:

This of course is a 5.11 TacTec plate carrier in Storm grey

I purchased mine from Nightgear (they do 10-20% discount promotions)
