There's the normal teflon grease and a 100% pure teflon grease that is twice as expensive. There is also a dry teflon grease which is quite cheap? They can also be used to lubricate gbb slides. For grease, I'd go with molybdenum disulfide grease. Maybe I'm being a stick in the mud, and teflon based lubes are superior, but graphite and moly greases are tried and tested.
