emilianoksa Posted June 14, 2018 Share Posted June 14, 2018 It has a ris rail, but a rather short one - only nine gaps on the picatinny rail making a rail length of about 9cm. The short version of the normal polymer ones is about 12cmlong, and I need something shorter. At 12cm I imagine the two ends would bend down. Problem is that many retailers give no dimensions for their products. I have a short vertical grip on the very end to avoid problems with magazine changes, but it doesn't really look right on an AK. Thanks to you all for your help. Here ya go. I much prefer it because it sits much closer to the magwell and allows for being lazy. If I actually want to hit something I can move my hand forward and still have the space to do so (which I wouldn't if it sat where it would do normally).
