A friend has just departed the UK for Australia and left me his beloved(old)  Mp5.

I plan to revive it as its a tad decrepit, but am unsure on the manufacturer.

Any ideas on how to identify it? Also any suggestions on possible upgrades. DSC_1278.thumb.JPG.5d21de6e15dc2989f27b1b2b69bbc14a.JPGDSC_1279.thumb.JPG.1e005489d5257dfb408793c44f407c26.JPGDSC_1280.thumb.JPG.9fbc27c6454bc900f323786f05e7d75b.JPG

it looks like an ICS MP5. The give away is the fins on the pistol grip base.

*upgrades - Mosfet, tightbore and give the gearbox a good clean. Might want to swap out the hop rubber if it's very old (Guarder being a good choice).

I concur on the ICS identification, I have one my self , cracking gun ! I’d say sort the gearbox check the hop rubber and possibly a tight bore and you’ll be sorted .
