It'll have a bunch of real steel parts by the time it's done, stock, buffer tube, pistol grip, fore grip and mag catch will all be genuine parts. (stock etc will be the correct FDE ) It's being built as a tribute to my mate's 15 year old son who tragically died suddenly during lockdown. Tom was a great kid who was mad about airsoft, but who also had everything mapped out. He was planning to join up and was determined ultimatly to go for selection, given how determined he was he would probably have made it too. So we felt that an L119 A2 was an apropriate build . Trying to split my time between repairing the Land Rover and working on the various Airsoft projects I have going on. It’s not pretty and needs some tidying up but I’m happy with the progress!
