You personally won't be able to buy the gun, you'll need a parent/guardian to do it for you. Get them to take you to an airsoft shop and ask the guys in there all the questions you have, they are usually all happy to help. For the CM16 Raider, you may find it cheaper at PatrolBase, I haven't looked yet. You'll get an 8.4V Nimh battery with the gun, what you'll want to purchase it a 7.4V lipo, (must be a nunchuck variety) you'll get better response. Have a look at your local shop, or look on Hobbyking. Charger wise we all recommend The IMAX B6AC, make sure it's genuine and not a knock off, look out for the hologram on the back. Reason I have recommended this charger is because you have the NIMH battery as well, and this can charge both, whereas normal lipo chargers can't.
