Good full metal AEG for a £150 budget?

Either could be correct, it depends on the context of the welcome. 'Your' could refer to it being "[this link is] your welcome [to the forum]".

And yet again we derail a thread. Although this has been a more instructive one than usual.

Had lost track (pun intended) of the original question; such a simple answer could be made a sticky - the only £150 G&G to buy.

Gives you a link. Use the URL shortener to get a link that isn't immediately obvious to the victim.

Sten mk II is a great gun. It is limited in that it is full auto only and high caps are not an option but it has great range and accuracy and is steel rather than cheap pot metal. Some people have issues with the grip so consider trying one out before buying.
