doesnt he use a ppk

Daniel Craig does, yes. Brosnan used a P99 in three of his Bond movies though.

In fact Bond has never used a PPQ...

There's this one:

But no idea if it's in stock and can't say if it will accept a silencer.

Personally if I wanted a specifically silenced pistol I would get a TM MK23. They are decent guns and outside of spring sniper rifles are the quietest gun I have come across.

Sorry. You're almost right. From the IMFDB page on Tomorrow Never Dies:

Walther P99

Tomorrow Never Dies is well-known as the film in which the Walther P99 replaces the older PPK as Bond's sidearm. In Saigon, Bond (Pierce Brosnan) picks out the P99 from Wai Lin's (Michelle Yeoh) hidden armory. He then uses the gun, with a suppressor attached, through a great deal of the movie's climax aboard the Stealth ship, losing it only when he runs dry during an intense period of gunfire. This is also the gun featured on many posters for the film.

Brosnan used the P99 for the following two films. Daniel Craig used a P99 in most of Casino Royale (uses a PPK in the pre-title fight scene) but reverts to the PPK in Quantum of Solace.

Just to be really pedantic, Connery used a Walther P5 in Never Say Never Again but technically it's not an "official" Bond film although Roger Moore also uses one in Octopussy which came out the same year. Apparently both films used them as a marketing ploy for Walther.

The PPK isn't used in Moonraker either (despite being in the posters).

And it's a proper man's gun ;-)

What we need is someone to make a NBB PPK, so it'd be quiet like a MK23. I assume it'd come with a turtle-neck.
