What's this grenade?

Got this recently in a big box marked "nades" from a friend who's giving up the hobby.

 

It's of sturdy plastic construction and is pretty heavy in the hand. Just not sure what it does. Looks too good for just a single use but cant see anyway it could be refilled, or is it just for show?

 

Any ideas?

I think it's a reusable one that takes a black cartridge that has Co2 inside but don't quote me on that as I could be wrong

Most likely or a dummy that's just for show if you want to add realism to your loadout

Will give it a try in the test area at the site on Saturday and see what happens.
