Hi All,

Wondered if anyone can help? I have a replica 551 red dot sight.. When using it for the first time today i got a shot to the lens and it has cracked 😕.. Rubbish!!

Does anyone know if you can buy replacement lenses? If so where to source them? Or anyone have any solutions other than buy a lens protector in future!

Many thanks,

Alex

Not sure about replacement lenses but your only real option to prevent it is a protector ;)

Some people have made them out of old goggles/glasses or some perspex that sit under the hood so doesnt stand out

Man that really sucks - sorry to hear it broke first time out.

You really need either a killflash or a perspex protector of some sort to avoid issues like this.

I appreciate that's a bit late now for you :(

Hi mate, sorry to hear that your 551 go shot to bits, there are no replacement parts for it, looks like you will have to throw it away an get a new one.

I would recommend this: http://airsoftzone.co.uk/accessories/scopes-and-red-dots/pc-eotech-lens-protector-guns-modify

So far it has done me well is and currently protecting my real steel EOTech 552 sights, it can be a bot of a tight fit so you have to remove the hood and basically slide this into place.
