What M4 is this?

It appears to be a Magpul upper but im not sure, need help on the manufacturer/model.

Based on the body, I'd say AEG, Asia Electric Guns. Marketed as an M7 clone.

It's a vltor upper, not a magpul one, the rail looks like a troy mrf. First thought was to say king arms, however it looks as though it could have just been put together from parts, or just be from a clone manufacturer due to the lack of trades- It's an m7 so there's a few makes that produce them.

At this moment I believe you're 100% correct, barring the carry handle. I own one of them, and it's pretty similar to the pictures you posted.
