If you are under 18 you cannot buy an airsoft gun, someone can gift you one (parents for example). Sites your parents should look at are places like http://www.landwarriorairsoft.com/ Do not look at web sites with bbguns in the name.

Face protection, mags etc you can buy yourself. Taiwangun.com is good and is in Poland so no tax or duty to pay but you would have issues getting guns from there as they will not 2 tone the gun and you have no defence if they get stopped at customs. Amazon is also a good place to look.

For clothing and boots britishmilitarysurplus.co.uk does good bundle deals.

I know it must be "gifted" to me my budget would be around £80 (just for the gun I have other money saved for accessories) I would prefer a mp5/g36 as my first weapon but anything as long as it shoot bbs

For an MP5 if you want a full stock: G&G combat machine, for a collapsible stock Classic Army (or ASG), Jing Gong are apparently not too bad. The G&G is definitely best for this price but you can only get the fixed stock.

For a G36 theres a lot of choices, you hear good things about the 3rd gen SRC guns (but bad things about earlier models so make sure which you are buying).

I recommend that you search and find a gun you like the look of and then post a link and we can give you feedback on whether someone makes a better one for a similar price or if you can get it cheaper elsewhere.
