Kaza66 Posted April 11, 2013 Share Posted April 11, 2013 Well, because the previous topic closed, and I wanted to have my say I received a G&G TR16 Ranger from ProAirsoft supllies a few months back. It was firing fine everything seemed perfect, until I went to chrono it. Well still nothing was wrong, its just the chrono was coming in at around 280, when advertised at 300 - 330. Now, I wasn't too bothered about this, but hey, you like to think you get what so pay for. So I dropped them a quick email explaining the situation and I had a reply back within 24 hours. They sent a courier out the next day to pick the gun up. They took in it, kept in close contact with my over the period they had the gun and decided to wap in a completely new spring (Higher grade) straight away. Shipped back next day. robbo0070 Posted April 11, 2013 Share Posted April 11, 2013 thats good to hear i have just bought tr15 raider it does state only a problem if less than 270 fps so good of them to do upgrade mine fires at 286fps on .25 and has a good distance with it.
