Does anyone have any experience with these guys? I met them at The Arms Fair last May and I've emailed them regarding an AK I'm thinking of picking up and so far they've been incredibly friendly and helpful, with immensey impressive, and prompt communication, despite the owner being away in Dubai at the moment!

I think they deserve some love.

Does anyone else have any experiences with them?

I've not got any myself but my friend had a great experience with them. Great comms, and replaced faulty stuff with no issues too. I'd happily buy off them if they had anything I wanted in a hurry.

Nice, I'm going to ring them next week to discuss my order and shiz, so by the end of next week I might have a shiney new AK on the way to me.

And a hole in my wallet big enough to fall through...

Meh!

Lol

Yeah got my RA-tech HK416 off them.

Good communications, had a little mix up with some parts but very quickly sorted.

Would recommend them.

Had dealings with these chaps over the past week. Good range of products, and a lot of stuff that one can't get without going direct to GHK (or through Samoon) so I was quite pleased at being able to get a few new o-ring sets for my mags and a valve key.

Delivery was cheap and quick, but for some reason one of the sets of o-rings wasn't included. I e-mailed them and Iain sorted everything out very quickly; I've just had the last set delivered in the post this morning.

All-in-all, very impressed. Great range, good prices and excellent service.

I've recently bought a few Maple Leaf hop rubbers from them and just today discovered one has the tiniest malformation on the inside of the lips - very tiny, but nonetheless it causes jams. I emailed them including the best of a bunch of crappy phone pics. In fact, rather than try to explain how bad the photo is and how difficult to see the problem, i'll just stick it up here:

Maple_Leaf_Malformation.jpg

Just had an email back from them saying that they will send me a replacement tomorrow - no need to send the knackered one back. That's what i call good customer service. I can't blame them for not noticing the problem before sending it out to me - I didn't notice the problem when i fitted it; it was only after the gun jammed when i tested it and i went back in looking for a problem that i spotted it and even then i wasn't certain until i compared it to another one I had spare waiting for the RPK I've just bought. So yeah, I can't recommend them enough.

At £8 each for the Maple Leaf Monster Hop Rubber for AEG 60 Deg and £2.55 for Signed For postage, their prices are also very good. I haven't skirmished the new rubber yet, but the limited test firing I've been able to do leads me to believe their reputation is deserved.

I emailed them a week ago about getting a replacement hop chamber for a We P228, never got a response at all. Have no idea what I am doing wrong but clearly its not always great service from them.

Well, I gave them the url for this thread a just now, so maybe now they know you have a problem they'll change their tune lol! I expect that it was something simple like someone opened the email then got distracted and never remembered to open it again to see what it was about. I mean, it seems unlikely that they would be really good to one person and ignorant bellends to another on purpose!

He's super busy and sure its just a miss placed email but I will ask him to have a dig about for the email but i'm sure he does not have any 228/226 hop chambers.
