Gas...or Co2...???

They aren't really comparable.

CO2 is held under higher pressure than green gas, by a pretty large amount. It gives you higher FPS, harder kick and doesn't suffer cool-down as badly.

But on the flip side, it's regularly banned at airsoft sites because the fps readings of CO2 guns can be outrageous on the first few shots and there's no point even thinking about it if you can't use it, is there?

So it sucks because you can use it in a lot of places, but in the places you can, I think it's a lot better.

However, there's also the fact that even if you're allowed to use it, not every gun can use it, putting CO2 into a regular green gas mag will just blow the seals, using it on a gun that doesn't have reinforced internals will probably cause the frame to explode after a while, or at very least the piston assembly - with regard to pistols anyway. In fact I imagine it'll happen after a while irrespective of reinforcement or not.

So you're going to have to buy a CO2 specific gun, which severely narrows your choice...

It's swings and roundabouts really.
