Hi again all
I was out in the garden doing some plinking with my friend and his g18c gen 4 in preparation for skirmishing the next day when his g18 just stopped firing, We stripped it down and noticed that the hammer was locked in place. We tried oiling it and gentle manipulation but still nothing. I stripped it down to find that a little bit of metal on hammer had snapped off. I replaced the part but it still wont release, I oiled it again and dis and reassembled several times but still nothing. Picture is of the part i replaced.
