hi i would like some advice on a gun that is reliable and will last

i have budget of £30

but i would not like a pistol

For £30 nothing you need about £150 for a decent starter gun.

Nerf or nothing I'm afraid

£30 would just about get you a cheapo gas pistol - no blowback

but you would need to add about a tenner nearly for some gas

(well you could get titchy can maybe)

but gas magazine seal could go pear shape

or at a push perhaps a shotgun but that is your lot tbh

£30 - what ever you get won't be very built is a polite way of putting it

I had one and was surprisingly skirmishable considering it costs under £30. Would only recommend it for CQB battles though or very close/dense woodland with short engagement distances.

Like Jambo said: you're not going to get anything too decent for £30 mate. A decent rifle will be a lot more (£100 - £150) unless you go for a trishot shotgun (£50).

new budget around about £60-£80

Frankly mate, no. Airsoft need not be a ridiculously expensive hobby, but it costs an absolute bare minimum of about £170 starting from scratch. The way to do it on the cheap is laid out here.
