I'd guess that it's locally produced... could be wrong though.

There are a few folks would would probably reproduce it for you if you were set on it.Have a search for Replica Lindnerhof-Taktik on Facebook because Roman's one of the best.

Thanks man, my thoughts exactly, as for Linderhot I thought of him but I wasn't sure if he made gear like vests etc. thanks again mate

No worries - from what I've seen on Facebook he's done all sorts of bits and pieces but it depends on whether he wants to take on the job. He certainly has one of the widest range of fabrics I've seen a private individual hold!
