Evening gentlemen.
Today has been upgrade my cqbr ngrs day and tbh it went together as expected but what wasn't expected was the 103 error the jefftron gave me after 50 or so shots.
103 is a bit doomish, gearbox won't turn however upon disassembly it seems nowt is broken.
Spec is typical, harder gears, helical pinion, leviathan, fps piston head, piston and cylinder head. Also a Palsonite cylinder.
I also put a solink v5 in. These have the one way bearing so I thought I'd be cheeky and attempt to leave out the anti reversal latch.
I used a nice moly grease on the gears but I might have gone too heavy.
I'm thinking the jefftron was unable to track sector gear position either because it was blocked by grease being thrown off, the sector gear stopped in the wrong position (can it do that?) Or what?
I noted that the spring didnt want to come of the piston upon disassembly but with a tug it did.
I'm also wondering if I didn't calibrate the cycle detection correctly.
I turned off active brake but the realised the jeff had a brushless mode which I activated. Precococking was off as well. I hadn't set the motor speed via its own speed control but in the app we wear at 18rps.
Any advice?
