You won't get much difference from a tippman, regardless of suppressor.
For the suppressor to work you need two things:
The suppressor volume to be larger than the 'spare air' volume coming out of the barrel (ie what is left once the BB has left)
It's possible to quieten this bit down a touch.
The 'action' sound
On a tippman, you have no chance, I'd hazard a guess that 90% of the tippman sound comes from the action.
