Whats the issue?

The madbull ones are bullet proof and work very well. Rothernberg propane or coleman propane will be fine, other brands mix in butane which lowers the pressure. MAP gas is much higher pressure so is good in winter but not so great in the summer.

It will be fine with propane at any temperature that you are likely to encounter, if it gets really cold, you can use MAP gas instead.

You can buy adaptors with a ball valve on ebay quite cheaply, I just leave mine permanently attached and the gas bottle inverted on a work bench.

I use a heavy recoil buffer and spring in my m4a1 and spr mod 0 during the summer with propane and have never had an issue with cracking.
