sure the Turnigy Accucel does all that, but you need the extra addon cards to charge multiple, never seen it done on nimh batteries though, only 2 matching lipos, and dint seem to be very quick

xtn's are really good, loads about on forums/ebay, cant recommend any throat mics as dont use them

have you looked at the magpul illumination kit? should be able to bolt to ris and fit a switch to it
