Low fps could it be cylinder related?

And yet microns mean the difference between our toys working or not.....expensive or not *sigh*

I've been drinking cheap London Gin* from my local One Stop for years - is there really that much difference? *Yes I know it's filth, but I get through far too much to justify spending the cash on decent stuff.

I do the same as @The_Lord_Poncho although I do worry that will inadvertently damage the hop.

    Upgrading my first AEG

You'll need to aim for 310fps for .25s.  Otherwise your gun will be too spicy.

    How do they do that?

Interesting reading chaps.  I'm surprised (but thinking about it shouldn't be) that a suppressor can make a significant difference. But then I suppose I have my head close to the gearbox of my pews compared to a few feet away when lamenting the apparent silence of other's; so there's a certain...

    How do they do that?

I know HPA wankers have their super quiet sneaky peaky pews that make that disturbingly quiet little thumping noise when the trigger is pulled. But what about the AEGs I see doing that.....  how is that achieved? Is it shimming? A fancy Schmancy brushless motor? Gears make from Adamantium...

    Jefftron Leviathan V3 Sticker Pickle

Yeah - who'd have thunk it a good idea to leave an area of free trade.  What could possibly go wrong? Is it not possible to print these off at the correct size and stick them inside the pew? Or how about cropping the above image and uploading it to a sticker company and make some out of a...

Have you got the anti reversal latch in the right way? Post up some pics of it taken apart and just before you put the case back together.

    Specna SA-E11 Edge modifications help

Plus one for being careful with springs - I think me putting in a stronger spring was the final curtain for my Specna C12 gearbox recently, along with an 11.1v battery.

    Well I did a stupid.

Yeah just done it after using up some Google Fu. One cell is totally dead.   Other two have a healthy voltage.  Funny how the brain works.   I knew the voltages of the cells were added together.  I just didn't twig it would be cullmulative on the red wires on the balance plug.  Just the Deans...

    Well I did a stupid.

Might be being daft, but are you saying put both probes across a red each? Not using the negative? Thought that would upset the meter. Sorry I'm more used to AC voltage and volt free switching circuits.

    Well I did a stupid.

No need to apologise bud....  They're certainly weird, but I had the wires out of the balance plug, measuring across the negative in the Deans.  I've got a better meter to try, but I'm wondering if two cells are somehow working in series? Balance plug is mullered now anyway ...

    Well I did a stupid.

8.1, 8.2, 4.08 across the balance plug. 8.17 on the Deans.

    Well I did a stupid.

Nah, I've tried all sorts of modes with crocodile clips, leccy tape and a tin foil Sowester.   The charger just yells in pain.  Which the silly fecker should have done before killing one of my newst batteries. Still Saturday morning fun will be had zeroing in me SA80, and perhaps adjusting the...
