came home pissed last night with a coupla mates...Do a bottle of Jack, let my mate plink some rounds with my Berreta, he puts a round into my t.v. D'OH!

Good point mate. I'm first aid trained but never even thought about carrying on my person, which i do when doing other physical activities (Kyaking/mountain climbing etc.). I guess I subconciously trust the marshalls to be switched on an trained and to be fair, I've only seen one incident that needed medical attention. I may put my firt aid kit in my kit bag in the safe zone from now on. Good post!!

Good effort for posting there mate, I posted a question there about what their views are on the Community Covenant and all I got was paranoid responses claiming that I was the Press! A lot of folks on there are sound but I guess a few of those guys think of themselves as bodybuilders and you just asked if they like doin aerobics! ;op

Hi folks, So some of you would of noticed I've just bought my first ever airsoft Rifle (AUG v5, the one with the Barratt 50 cal barrel) and just wanted to ask around here about general cleaning/maintenance advice before I start trolling the web. It came with a cleaining rod and used to doing stuff like that. It's the cleaning of the internals etc that I'm not sure on. Do I use something like wd40 to keep the parts lubed up or do I use something else? And how often should I clean it? Sorry for the noob questions...BUT I'M A NOOB!! Cheers Dutch

Trying to get my FIRST airsoft rifle an heart set on a Styer Aug 3 but does any brit company have it in stock...no! Any help finding a store that stocks (in England so its quicker to deliver) would help

Yeah, I'm basically adjusting the red dot so it vaguely resembles where the pellets are going and it's also been a few years behind a pistol of any kind and first with an airsoft so looking at where they hit in comparrison to where I'm aiming...Running out of bank statements rapidly though!

Cheers for the response folks, I shall continue blasting away at my bank statements from ten paces then. Zak, got it from SoCom Tactical in Fleet for £45, fitted the pressure pad into the handle now as well and you have a choice of red dot, light, reddot/light combi. The battery fixture at the rear is a bit loose so taped that down. Other than that it's great

So I just got my first airsoft gun and wanted to try it out and zero in my sights/get used to it etc. Living in a flat though it occured to me that all these gas blowback sounds may sound like a hit man in training! Legally allowed or not? Cheers folks

Just got as my first EVER airsoft gun, Baretta M-92 with blow back and rail so got me a red dot/light combi with pressure pad aswell. A pistol as a first you say?! Yeah, they didn't have the Rifle I wanted in stock and couldn't leave empty handed! Would put pics up but that imgr website thang doesn't like my photo's!

Just got myself a gas blow back Baretta and this is my first ever airsoft gun let alone first gas one. Question is, how do I know when the gas in the magazine is full? Does it just spray back up out of the mag or is there a better way to tell? The mechanics of it reminds me of filling up my old zippo with lighter fluid but atleast with that you could easily tell when it was full. Any helps appreciated. Cheers Dutch
