  1. Any got a link to a 10” M4 Barrel that I can fit a traditional triangle sight post to? Cheers.

Cheer anyway mate. Yeah it’s the fire support one I’ve seen but dunno, since it’s doesn’t have grooves, if it’ll be able to fit a triangle front sight

    3. Lozart

      Lozart

I'm going to guess that the G&P one DOES have slots for triangle sights but that the angle of the photo doesn't show them, BUT the 5KU one definitely does: https://www.mlemart.com/5ku-10-inch-outer-barrel-for-m4-aeg-14mm-ccw/

      Teo

Thanks a bunch mate for finding that 5KU one. Will most likely go for it.

  2. Anyone heard any more info on LCT’s hk33?

  3. Anyone here with A Real Sword Type 56? What mags work well without me having to convert real steel ones? Cheers.

    1. Sniper780

      Sniper780

Pretty much most brands of AK mags will fit, but you have to fettle the bottom portion of the rear locking tab. Cyma mid cap works as do cyma drums. With minor work on them.

    2. DerDer

      DerDer

Have used mag plastic midcaps in the best, with a bit of sanding to their tabs. Airsoft world have some RS midcaps in stock. Lovely but pricey.

Cheers lads. Thanks for the input.

  4. BTC spectre or GATE Titan??

    1. Jedi_Master

      Jedi_Master

Depends on whichever one you can actually find in stock and buy.  Being a traditionalist I like the BTC Spectre.

    2. ImTriggerHappy

      ImTriggerHappy

      Titan.

Light gate switches are less likely to fail. Simple to install and set up.

Guaranteed continued support, Gates release of NGRS support means BTC and and their crappy release schedule will probably be driven out of business.

Owned the Chimera and Spectre but use Titans now because it is just way better especially with the equalizer settings for the trigger.

    3. Teo

      Teo

Yeah I was edging towards the Titan. The goal for my build is trigger response as most games I'll be playing are cqb semi. Think theTitanwill be best for it. Cheers.

  5. Guys ordering from gunfire, what have your experiences been with GLS courier?

    1. Skara

      Skara

      Decent enough to Italy.

Tracking is a bit odd as for 3/4 days it doesn't update, then suddenly you get ALL the updates :P

  6. Just put a new maple leaf hop chamber into my 4.3 hi capa but it won’t chamber a round when cycling. Any ideas why? Cheers

  7. Long stretch, but are there any NorthWest England players running Vietnam Kits here? Cheers.

  8. Many here play Warzone? Looking 3 other PS4 players to use actual tactics with in BR quads.

      Lennox

Hi! I am on PS4, usually playing in the afternoon or in the evening after 10PM.

      My PSN ID is CptLennox84.

  9. Moving to Liverpool next year for uni. What sites are around that are within medium train distance? Cqb/indoor preferably.

  10. Royal Mail security has grabbed my pistol for further scanning being delivered to me. Was sent on the 7th and they grabbed it on the 10th. Am I screwed?

I'd try and get on the phone to RM (ha) and find someone that knows their arse from their elbow.  Very possible they could destroy it without swift intervention.

    3. Teo

      Teo

I’ve been on the phone to about 6 different people. No one knows exactly where it is.

Get the Paypal refund sorted. The seller is a moron, I regularly send bits for work and they ALWAYS ask what's in it, even if you use the self service thing it shows you a list of prohibited items and asks you co confirm that the contents are not prohibited. So he has lied to RM, the likelihood is that it will be seized and destroyed.

  11. So after 5 years away from airsoft, it's time for a comeback.

Have you checked that wherever you're taking them to is going to be OK with allowing them in?

    4. clumpyedge

      clumpyedge

When I flew to Sweden (no guns just mags and accessories) we were fine flying out with mags in our hand luggage on Ryanair but Swedish rule on all airports is that everything has to be checked so you will want to find out if there are any similar rules where you plan on going as you will want to allow for space.

  13. What are Taiwan Gun shipping times like for soft gear?

    1. Rogerborg

      Rogerborg

3-4 days transit from Poland.  Actual dispatch can be 2 to 4 days though - they get absolutely rammed at times.  Don't bet on it arriving in under a week.

    2. Teo

      Teo

Not too bad. I don’t need it very quickly. Cheers

    3. Druid799

      Druid799

I nearly always order on a Thursday (mainly due to my dumb ass friends never getting there orders sorted any earlier in the wk  ! 🤦‍♂️😂) and they’ve always arrived the following Wednesday . Did order on a Monday once and it arrived on the Friday of that wk . So quite frankly even with there £12 flat delivery charge and a Paypal charge there still better than a lot of uk retailers on timings AND postage costs  example wanted a magwel adapter for a TM recoil cheapest uk price was £9.99 for the adapter and £3.75 P&P ! 😳

  14. Would it be ok to buy thunder b’s from Taiwan gun without ukara?

      Teo

Think it’s worth the risk? I don’t mind it getting held for a few weeks as I’ll be at uni for ages while they’re due to arrive.

    3. Lozart

      Lozart

I mean...they're just plastic shells in retail packaging so they should be OK. The issue isn't so much them being held as possibly being destroyed by Customs. Can you not get them in the UK or are they just that much cheaper from TG?

    4. Teo

      Teo

Thinking about it they may not be that much different. Few other bits I want from there also so that’s why I’m looking. Cheers for input mate. I’ll have a think.

  15. Ahhhh. Just thinking that if I sold all my airsoft stuff and my current bike, I could buy a beautiful mtb bike.

      team flex

Obviously second hand. I figured getting a £3000 new bike wouldn't be as good as a barely used trek for the same price.. Planning on do in it so much with my dad who loves it, and building a downhill course In my local woods. He would pay for most of it as well

  17. Anyone know what cut off lever will fit a classic army m15a4. The tech I sent the gun to couldn't find one that would fit.

Im don't know which ones, he just tried different ones and they were slightly to wrong size in someway or another.

  18. As a 13 year old, do you think I would be able to carry an A&K m249?

I've seen 16 year olds struggle to hold them. They're more for adults or Arnold Schwarzenegger's kids.

  20. Grrr. Ordered a battery from 35 miles away and it still hasn't arrived five days after ordering. Bloody bullseye country sport. I hate them with a passion.

Yes - I get mine from www.giantshark.co.uk/ although sometimes I have to solder on a new connector depending on the battery. Dirt cheap though :)

    3. Dan_W

      Dan_W

It took 3 days for them to deliver and I thought that was fair enough. Then I realised when it came that I had driven within 5 miles of it the day I ordered it.

      Tariq

A lot of us do skirmish CQB with just our pistols. Rifles are just overrated in a single shot environment.

  22. Hehe. Finally getting rid of my good old m4. I'm hoping to get a galil of z1f for £200. And to keep you all happy yes my dad is doing the buisness.

  23. I just fell in love with a we m16a1 Gbb. Might order it. It is in the US so if I did order and put my dad's ukara on it, will the gun get to me ok.

But to get it shipped to the UK, where it will then be raped by VAT at 20% and then get posted to you by a courier will cost enough to make up the difference.

By the time it gets to you you'll have saved maybe £20 at best and have no after sale support whatsoever.
