The KWA one is nice. Had a go with a mates one. Brilliant fun!

Tried ordering a gas one from Wolf Armouries a while back (can't remember the manufacturer, however), though it was broken out of the box when they went to two-tone it. So be a bit careful incase you run into the same problem. I wish I remembered the manufacturer, I have a feeling it was WE,but don't take my word for it.

Exactly ed, the TM works as it's efficient but the other have heavier slides and so struggle.

My KJW 1911 was very efficient, but that's because I was using predator gas.

My dad has a kwc co2 1911. In my opinion it is the best pistol on the market beacuse it is really accurate, the blowback is superb, it is full metal, it has full trades and it is co2. Totally worth a buy.

The standard Cyma hop units are pretty good...they're the only units that come with a W hold nub. What sort of performance are you getting on .2s?

The hop unit wasnt working right till last night, as it was covered in that much grease it wasnt moving right. I have fixed it, but was thinking of upgrading anyway

Wash the hop up bucking in warm soapy water,helps a tonne. Polish the barrel too,get rid of all that nasty Chinese machine fluid and all that craic.

I have seen weirder btw, theres a very rare leg pouch for Sten mags. That ones not very useful as its not designed do you can take a mag out fast, its for carrying bulk supplies while parachuting

Most Stens have no problem apparently, MP40's have issues with them more often. Have you checked out my loadout too far thread btw, I tried to detail everything I did whilst building my loadout (along with some less useful stuff). Ian linked a cheap helmet you might want.

Try and get ones with poppers if possible, the other ones were introduced very late in the war. Anything with steel fittings is post war, look for brass.

If you are patient you will find a full set. Thats the cheap way. Mp5 pouches work if you have any.

Both have their strong and weak aspects. CYMA has a louder/screechier gearbox because china but that can be fixed in 10 or 20 minutes with a packet of shims,some grease ,a rag and a bottle of Vodka. TM is overpriced as f*ck outside of Japan too so there's no point in getting one unless of course it's for a reasonable price and you live in a country with a 1J limit like Ireland.

I made my own lipo conversion. You just butcher the contact off the old battery and solder a new cable to it. job done, no modifications to the gun at all! Mine fires at 220 with .2, it does the job for a good all weather pistol.
