  1. That sounds good. How much would you like for it?
  2. http://www.acetoolonline.com/Irwin-4031051-2-Pocket-Cotton-Nail-Apron-p/irw-4031051.htm I'm also looking for something like these for an airsoft related project, however as usual it seems they don't even exist in the UK and Wickes / B&Q / Screwfix don't stock anything like it. No idea why we don't have them over here, but would be great if anyone does know a place like a smaller chain of stores that will sell them or knows a supplier who can sell them. Thanks
  3. £14 for a new foregrip isn't bad...I'm thinking of replacing my MP5K PDW handguard with a new one so might look into getting on when I make a big order from TaiwanGun (save money on shipping) might fit with some modification. I get back home tommorow so I can start looking some more at my options for the bandolier but whilst I've been away I have already drafted some designs and done research on material manufacturers so I will see about contacting them for samples / quotes.
  4. Merry airsoft Christmas!

  5. I actually thought about doing exactly that since I do have a bit of 1" webbing too. Thanks man, I'm still not sure how I'll get on but will be fun to try nonetheless and if I made some money out of if that would be great
  6. After seeing the Grey Ghost Gear Bandolier (http://www.popularairsoft.com/gear-scout-grey-ghost-gear-bandolier) I thought I'd like to try and make one for my AK mags. Admittedly I don't have any experience so it probably won't turn out very well but I have been wanting to try and make some gear such as this for a while and it would work well in any loadout as well as for storage + transportation. Looked on eBay for some materials (50mm nylon webbing, elastic webbing, buckles...) nothing mil-spec quality but want to do it on a budget.
  7. I didn't even know you could buy smartphones so cheap! Good idea to use one for airsoft though. Might look into it myself too! Certainly does have some application. If somebody can get a team together to run with BattleTac on a cheap handset a skirmish report would be brilliant. I'll have to wait until at least after Christmas and when I hopefully can get my first job around the new year to buy anything airsoft related.
  8. Yes it's some pegboard we had in our garage. Many places don't sell it anymore as they use the different wall hangings now but you can buy some relatively cheap on Amazon. It is great for displaying and organising your gear - I'd say it's worth it if you're interested in doing something like it. In my opinion a better alternative to buying those gun racks that are £60-£80+.
  9. Ed's and Mack's guns...and CKinnerley's etc (I could go on!) *drool* ermagherd. Needless to say mine is nowhere near as good but here's some pics anyway.
  10. Cheers Nutster! I'm assuming they're 2.4s because the ICE 3s have straight temples / arm things whereas these have earpieces that go around your ear more. That's the difference I immediately noticed between the models anyway, there are probably a few more differences guys who are more knowledgeable on eye pro would notice but aesthetically look very similar. EDIT: actually I think those were the others I was originally going to get. I think they are the 3s
  11. Ordered some "brand new British army ESS glasses" (ok so it isn't an exact quote but you get the message) I don't know what model they are! The only ones I know are ICE 3s tbh. Still though, great value I think for £21. Includes the bag, extra yellow and smoke lenses, instructions, retention strap and cloth etc.
  12. http://www.britishmilitarysurplus.co.uk/ishop/1069/shopscr440.html 75L Grade 1 Surplus Deployment Bags Should be useful for holding all your gear. Whilst stock lasts though.
  13. Cheers Vimto! I think it's definitely worth it and great for any airsofter to display their collection (not all mine is on there) It's really good for organising your stuff and cool to look as well but problem is now it seems a lot of places don't sell it. I'd recommend Amazon since pegboard seems pretty good value on there. Maybe you could make some containers / basket sort of things to hold gas / BBs in too? It's something I was thinking of doing but haven't got round to doing yet. Saw a guy had them in a YouTube video but seems like they aren't sold over here. I'd love to see what it's like when you do it by the way
  14. Finished my DIY amplifier / suppressor
  15. Third time re-writing this whole thing as whenever I go to a different tab to get links it's re-directing me to AF-UK home when I return and thus I lose my progress on this comment. Anyway about a week ago I picked up a 32L backpack for £12.99! I know what you're thinking. You know what, it actually doesn't seem too bad for the price. I wouldn't recommend it for use in a skirmish (if I did, I wouldn't expect it to hold up) but it's perfect as a gear / kit back, bringing your consumables (gas, ammo, the tactical sandwiches / Mars Bars etc) It was actually the least expensive one I found on eBay. Buy it Now and free postage. Plus it was shipped from down south (of England) Needless to say this reduced the waiting time significantly and if arrived within the week as opposed to a month and a half. However, I do know that it is the same a Chinese product. I've done a YouTube video on it if you're interested. This is my rig. Although the next one I get will be a genuine Condor Tactical Operators PC this Bulle Olive Chest Harness is a very nice piece of kit, especially if you either play a lot of CQC or you're a sniper who wants a lightweight platform for carrying a few mags. Great for the airsofter on a budget too. The MOLLE section where you can attach an admin pouch for example can be folded inside the vest to further increase mobility and restrict movement less. My vest does feel quite big and bulky with my pouches on however but use whatever pouches and configurations work well for you. Also comes in Tan. Alternatively I would probably say this is even better. It's a very similar design, by the same company. Except if comes with the pouches! This is a brilliant package for anyone getting into airsoft. If you get the tan version it's the same price as the other rig I just mentioned but the olive version is out or stock and another £10. It's also available in MultiCam. http://www.flecktarn.co.uk/sdtmb6nx.html
  16. Quote isn't working for some reason... To be honest I don't even know if they do allow assault shields, I never got around to asking them :| Probably not. I just made it for fun and it was something to do. Now I think of it I wonder if they've even got rules on shields? I've never seen anybody with one. Besides, I bet I'd look a bit stupid with a homemade one anyway. I have a feeling people will think I'm a CODsofter because I made a shield thing...IDK
  17. Belfast nick I like how you've spent all that money on the gun but you won't buy a proper sling or gun bag Anyway I don't think I've posted this here so I think I'll show off my riot shield if I can do if on the iPad / Apple Safari browser. If I can't then I will take more pictures and upload them by computer anyway since the photos I do have on my tablet are old and taken right after I put a gloss layer of paint on. Since then I picked up some matte black from Motosave and sprayed that over so if looks much better and less shiny! (I know I didn't use the same brand of paints though :/ sorry! Fortunately I think it's okay) I only had a photo of the back of it.
  18. Mine broke recently, I think it had worked fine for about a year but then again, I didn't use if much. It worked fine with .2s though, and sure it's plastic but the build quality is acceptable and what I expected for it. Besides it's the cheapest tri-shot I've seen (I think mine was ~£40) and a much more wallet friendly alternative to the gas shotguns you can buy, which are much more effective (and cooler) but way more expensive. I also couldn't find any good shells for it. Went into Patrol Base and bought the ASG pack of (4 I think) shells for £10. All but one jammed over time and in fact I don't think half of them worked straight away out of the box. Plus, you have to disassemble them to fix it. Honestly though it wasn't a bad gun, just needed to get the pistol grip or full stock version because the adjustable stock is another big problem.
  19. Don't tell the Green Mountain Rangers that
  20. Auction for three Motorola XTB446s ends in 30 mins, they're at ~£36 inc postage right now. Are they any good? Don't know if I should get them or a pair of Binatone Action 1000s from Amazon at around £50 which look good too

Wow that must have been really disappointing Frizzle! I know what you mean, it's so true. Never seen anything like that before but I was bidding on a pair of Midlands G7s, about 15 quid I think and something like 7 pounds postage. Some guy bid around 20, fair enough, I went up to ~23 and then it ended at 39. I don't know if some big war went on at the end or what but still.

  21. ASG (Strike Systems) 1 Point Bungee Sling from Patrol Base for my BW15 CQB M4.
  22. Classic Army MP5K PDW STILL for sale if anybody's interested, will put the price down again but lowest I'll go is 70 + 15 postage. Please take a look :)

  23. When I can next edit the MP5 thread expect a small price drop, want to get it sold but remember it is a good price and in great condition.
