Surely in order to dispute the payment with the seller, the option for him to refund is reliant on you being able to return the faulty goods, something you cannot now do.

I set the pre-cock, on the Perun ETU++, to level 4 and left it for about 24 hours. Just checked it and it's shooting .28s at a very respectable 284fps/1.09j

It really isn't, in our application especially. Good bushings are always going to be better than cheap bearings anyway.

Take it apart and check to see if all the bearings you have are actually the same thickness.

You are overthinking it.  The power rating is what it will produce in a typical (probably V2), well set up basic gearbox.  Other variables are far more significant than the length of the spring, such as the barrel length and diameter, the cylinder type, the presence or absence of piston head or spring guide bearings, and the quality of the airseals.

Once you have a starting point of a known output from a manufacturer's particular spring, it is easy to adjust upwards or downwards.

Airseal is horrific. Its almost non-existent so will debug this further. Thanks for the tip. My idea thus far is maybe the piston is causing the issues.
 
Update (17:00)
Join between piston and the barrel itself is the cause.
 

Played again at TAC House Spartan "The Stan" this sunday, we linked up with F Team Airsoft who drove up from portsmouth to Sheffield to give the site a try.
 
All in all a good day, we clocked in the fastest pushback time ever since the site re-opened at just over 9 minutes. we defended it for 23!
 
Decent selection of games as usual and they have just opened up an new staircase and we were the first ones to play across 3 floors, which is not great on the legs! Hit taking was good (it usually is here) and everyone seemed to play in the spirit of the game which always make the day better.
 
if you haven't been back to the Stan since it re-opened it is well worth a visit.

And they are selling. Tokyo Marui does not give a shit about any market out side of Japan. 

Any site that plays semi only but allows hpa spam at a faster rate than most stock ages on full auto are just stupid. Same with the sudden aversion to tri-shots or gas shells. I had a site the other day tell me no moscart's at close range. The old mosquito mould 180's that are probably older than some players. Where else are you supposed to use them? You could probably throw a hand full of ammo harder but no, that's over kill. 7 rounds to the face though at dead on the limit in semi auto... Rock on!
 
 
I don't care about trigger spam, that's how they have set up the gun. If they want to use that then groovy. What I do care about is a level playing field. If they are going to do that then the opposing player should be able to light them the fuck up.

I have wanted one of these for probably 15+ years ? Seen a chap over on one of the older fourms build a steel wa version..

I appreciate the link.   I did see that in my searches, but the 12 month turn around is off-putting to me...   besides, I am trying to put something together for a stargate cosplay at basingstoke comic con next month...  seeing as most of the SG1 and Atlantis cast will be there
 
 
I was shocked to find the pistol so cheap compared to every other UK seller...   but unless it's clearly stated, I always assume the price advertised is the full price and not deposit..
