i'm curious why your original upper wouldn't fit. if that receiver fitted perfectly beforehand and doesn't after installing the FE then there's something wrong somewhere. Make sure you check the nozzle alignment as well.

Off the back of this discussion I've been having a bit of a look about and it seems that actually, clone Deans connectors are a lot less efficient than genuine ones so it's not even down to using a better "style" of connector, you need to buy proper ones!

I try and get the more expensive "GRIP" ones as makes easier to change asap - especially if still wearing gloves/sweating hands etc...

Personal preference mate, I find that kneepads ride up or down.

I had some issue with JD recently too...my Scar came back 30 fps higher, they swapped some screws out with shite ones and they charged me a ridiculous amount. Really not happy with them.

I'm glad and not glad to see that someone else is having problems too... I had the same problem with my FPS but with my gun shooting at 400fps and it only shooting full auto unless you did a special combo on the selector. The second time they buggered the AOE making me need a new piston (out of my wallet) and now the thing won't even work :@

IIRC airsoftpro/ASPUK parts are all made to VSR spec but They might make some niche stuff for WELL's specs. I'd check with Dazz at ASPUK to be sure.
