    Anyone know of any trick with new ares efcs gearboxes ... mine dose not seem to work (tried different motors, changed battery, and programming thus far)

      It's been odd, normally I get all the flu symptoms hitting me at once, then 24hrs later I would be fine. What ever I have now, each symptom has come on, one at a time, but now it's left me feeling crap, nose bunged and a coughing up crap, and it's into its second week :angry:

      Yeah, I know the amoeba box is not cheap, but when you consider what your getting... it's good value from my point of view

       

      and when you consider an amoeba motor would probably be around £50, suddenly getting that am-007 is fantastic value ... just have to wait for slightly better exchange rates lol

      I know what you mean mate, to be honest I believe it's one off g&p's old 6mm bearing boxes.

       

      its just ££ if I add a nice fet and motor in there it gets real expensive really quickly

       

      really tempted to get a cheap amoeba and put that box in (must confess that I really like ares efcs boxes)

      For my first 2 mags, it took around a month from ordering to receiving.

       

      my latest order is a week short of 2 months, I know these custom mags don't happen over night, and I do appreciate that the owner has to have a life etc ..... I am just really disappointed at the min
