    Used cuts and scraps quite generally there. Although, I did have in mind my local CQB site which is a crumbling derelict compound with rebar sticking out of places lol. There have been some accidents people have had playing airsoft, broken ankles and wrists for example; it's better safe than sorry in my opinion, if you enjoy a game great, if you prevent any unneccesary damage to your joints in such a high impact game, even better.

    Looks solid mate! In making it casual, you've made what wouldn't look out of place as a PMC loadout, or one of those Bond henchmen lookalikes. As Sheriff said you've got yourself a decent set up but as you're playing CQB I'd reccomend some elbow pads to save your elbows from cuts and scrapes in the t shirt, as well as a helmet of some type. Even if its a cheap knock of MICH 200 as it'll offer some protection if you bump your head and stop the stinging of a close range headshot.

    Meh, unsure whether to modernise my Recon loadout and get an FLC to replace the ALICE webbing... thoughts? I play mainly woodland and like being able to go prone but the FLC looks really nice

      It'll come soon enough Craig no doubt about that! Wanted to get hands on with an L85 before I bought bought, see how the ergonomics feel to me :P

      i can tell you this; having been on 48-and-86 hour excersizes with the real steel all you need is a decent pair of gloves, the constant chafing from the pistol grip gives blisters. You wouldn't have to worry about that for anything except milsims though

      I got on very well with it, upgarded from the Raider L to the XL and installed a TB. Really liked it BUT it didnt get much field time as i got the G&G toptech RK104

      Zeroin, I've put a post about him warning people about what happened. Not only is a scammer but a coward, RE me getting a number for him, and as a result him crapping his pants and putting the phone down.

      He's not a member of this forum so I didn't see much point, I wanted to be sure he didn't have some major disaster going on in life before I accused him of being a scammer too. Unfortunately Paypal doesn't cover RIF's :(

    I'm getting my younger brother-inlaw into airsoft soon so they'll come in handy for borrowing to him. I think I like the weight if I'm honest too lol. One day hopefully Craig, I love digging FP's and making emplacements for some wierd reason, part of why I want to join the engineers.

    Agreed! Everything needs a good roll in the mud! I'll be getting one eventually, but only using it for weekenders as theres alot of weight there already (6 metal midcaps on the hips and 8 in the butt pack) plus two full canteens haha, I'm also going to get an E-tool cover for the weekenders, probably just for the looks, don't know the rules on digging! To finish the loadout off I'll be getting a Kabar sheath or an OKC-3s training bayonet with sheath, as well at two more ammo pouches and I need to add the rail covers to the M4, plus a '203. I have no idea why I carry so many mags.... I only ever use 2-3 in an average day!

    Hi Ed, I'm looking to get an L85 of some description, would you say the ICS is the best choice on the market? Also, is £295 a good price for an ICS L85A2 brand new?
