Yeah, regular breathing cycles were one of the first htings I learnt when I started doing cross countries. I won the county one a few years back. But haven't really trained that much since so I am on the current program to get back up to standard. Thanks for the tip mate!

sounds stupid really but i sometimes struggle to breath correctly whilst exercising, like not being able to keep a good rythm.

Use a straw and just breath Really deep in and out only through the straw (Isn't as effective as the Mask's but i don't want you guy's killing yourself's!) doing regular thing's around the house and relaxing then after a week or so start doing actual exercise's

As a Royal Engineer myself, best decision I ever made. Admittedly only served 2 years so far, but no regrets as of yet, love it.

@Ted go Engineer's their's a certain one which doe's a lot of the same type of stuff just your putting it all up :-D

yea £250 is pretty good!

I recommend using G&P Stanag MidCap's (They work like Dream's after being broken in and fit perfectly into my 2 ICS L85's) their atleast a nice alternative to the E-Mag's!

looks like i going to have to get the m4 mag well for my G36 for mag compatibility!
