I haven't got a flexible broadsword :'(
Though I do intend to start training with one next year!
-
I really want to take my fencing sabre one day and do a WWI style loadout with a revolver and a sword. i just don't think its practical... or something people who don't know me would take kindly to.

bigger problems than money exist when it comes to air insertions with airsoft!
Yeah, i guess there's no generic 'don't be a mong' form for that sort of stuff
-
why would money be an issue for that? lots of sites operate vehicles. My old local used to run a variation of this game pretty much every time, it'd be the last game of the day and 3 players would be nominated as 'pilots', they'd have pistols only and would need to make their way from one end of the site to the other, via a point which only they and the marshals knew, without being captured.
because I was thinking air insertion.

If money were no issue I'd love to play a downed chopper crew scenario. 3 crash survivors have to get to a radio to call in for backup, the opposition are looking for them in dense woodland with vehicular support. If the chopper crew get captured before they make radio contact then their back up will have to assault the opposition's base directly and airlift the crew out, if not, then chopper crew get to choose the extraction point and the opposition have to fight them there.
That or we just turn Madrid into one big airsoft site.

Does the medic pouch not get in the way of drawing your pistol?
When he mounts it on the belt it will, should put it on backwards and cross draw, that's what I've done

Technique doesnt matter when fighting zombies with no sense of self preservation, you'd practically point the sharp end at a zombies face and wait for it to walk into it, only really gonna get probelms if you start being fancy and try to chop shit up, or your blade goes dull.
That said i think my ideal zombie apocalypse weapon set would be a few russian trenching tools and polearm of some sort (probably a billhook or some sort of makeshift halberd) My airsoft kit would be more useful in that I wear proper kevlar plates and have one of those badass russian K6-3 helmets to stop zombie insides getting all over my face and oakley gloves have carbon fiber knuckle plates for any altercations that may occour.
Carrying a fake rifle of some sort may also make other survivors think twice before starting something too.

This website would be my go too place for contractor gear --> http://uktactical.com/

Aye, I think it's the cheap knock off gear too, rather than the Crye stuff, tbh someone in art direction will be cutting corners with regards to cost. I am somewhat surprised though that the MOD didn't just shell out some RS gear, as making our forces look badass on TV will always make people want to join up.

They wear multicam.... the horror.

Just bought some ESS Glasses, Oakley gloves in khaki, and a rifle bag so i can take all my kit safely down to Leicster for my first CQB game at the Embassy

Do i spy a Yorkshire Flag patch on your PC Chippins? Because if so that's awesome, and where did you get it from? I want one.
There you go, but like ed said you have to put your own velcro on the back

Here is my current set up and I will be staring in and directing a short horror film for college wearing this.
Good luck with the filming mate, Horror is always fun to shoot.
