  1. Thank you for your advise, much appreciated. Regards, Makis
  2. I have fixed the problem, it was as you suspected, electrical. A very bad connection where the intermediate cable goes onto the battery. It works very well now but would be happier with a new cable. Any ideas where i could get one? Many thanks for your help. Regards. Makis
  3. I am very grateful for your replies,i have just got back from Athens so could not reply sooner. I have found a very good vid. on you tube about stripping the gun so will let you know what i find. Thanks again for your help. Regards, Makis
  4. My King Arms 1928 just stopped firing. Battery connections are good and spare battery is good so it must be an electrical problem somewhere else i think. Can anyone suggest a cause and how to fix it? I am new to aeg weapons, it all seems like rocket science to me so please be patient ! My regards, Makis
  5. Thank you all for your replies. It has hop up and the very small screw for adjustment seems to be Loctited in, but the problem was not a vertical error but a 360 deg. error. The barrel and shells were cleaned before use so there should have been no problem, however i bought some .4 balls a couple of weeks ago and the accuracy is much better, i will try some heavier balls when my local (250 miles away!!) dealer has some more in stock. I have been shooting for 70 years and still learning something new as airsoft is a new science to me. Thanking you all again for your help. Regards, Makis

Just bought an 8"29 and it is useless, 6" groups at 20 feet with .2 gr balls ! It is now an expensive ornament. Regards, Makis
  7. A big hello to everyone on here ,I have been involved with guns of all types for almost 70 years and given it up due to age. I shoot copies (i don't class them as replicas) of airguns in my indoor range now both BB and pellet, recently i saw on the web an AK 47 and a Thompson 1928, they only had airsoft versions, semi and full auto so i am now smitten. These i shoot outdoors with an MP 40 Co2 BB full and semi auto. The electric ones are like rocket science to me and i am sure i will be needing some advice in the future. Now what to get next? A happy and healthy new year to you all. Regards, Makis
  8. Hello, my problem is my new S&W 29 (8") with .2 gr balls it can only manage 6"groups at 20 feet, would a heavier ball be more accurate? It would be interesting to know what weight you use in pistols. Regards, Makis
